“ We celebrated our son's PhD with a dinner party. Everyone loved the family-style dinner. The food was amazing. Our valets emptied our car off all the party supplies. They were so kind and hustled to get everyone parked. The best part of our evening was our server, Anwar. Our guests didn't have to ask for anything. He was so on top of it! “ Last night our American Legion ladies Auxiliary had their year end dinner at Post 156. It was a pleasure working with David Anderson as he was so efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The food we chose was perfect from the bread and butter, ceaser salad, chicken martini, eggplant, tortellini alfredo to the scrumptious strawberry shortcake! Our server Noreen was outstanding! “ A group of friends and I were in New Rochelle recently and I was asked to choose a restaurant for the group. I came upon Posto 22 on line and I could not have been happier that we decided on this restaurant. We were greeted warmly and brought right to our table. All the servers were quick with water and drinks and our server Mike was so attentive without being overly so. All of the wines - the Montepulciano, Cabernet and Merlot were the perfect temperature and matched our dinner choices perfectly. We tried the fried zucchini and stuffed clams for appetizers and they were both great - crispy and not greasy. This was the first time we had tried fried zucchini that was in spirals. It was great! Extra crispy with a very tasty red sauce on the side. For entrees there was rigatoni with eggplant - cooked to perfection and extremely tasty - the halibut and salmon were amazing and not over cooked and two of the diners had the porterhouse for two which was cooked exactly as they asked and sizzling on the plate! All the sides were tasty, fresh and appropriately sized. I highly recommend this restaurant. The wait staff should be commended for their attentiveness, quick responsiveness and positive, warm attitude! This was our first trip to Posto 22, but it will not be our last! It was a wonderful first experience. Great job! We cannot wait to come back!! ”
